When you log in to the Arc Pathway at School app, you'll see your child's learning journal. This is where your child's school or nursery shares what they've noticed about your child.
What's in the learning journal
- Photos and observations. Moments your child's teacher has captured, often with photos. You can like and comment on them.
- Profiles. Your child's assessments, shown as colourful arcs. See Arc Pathway at School: introduction for parents.
- Learning pathways. The next steps your child's teacher is working on with your child.
- Reports. Summaries of your child's progress.
- Care diary. Day-to-day updates, such as meals, drinks and toileting.
- Messages. Updates from your child's school or nursery. See Reading messages from your child's school.
Why can't I see something?
You'll only see what your child's teacher has chosen to share with you. If you think something is missing, ask your child's teacher.
You can't change what your child's school or nursery has shared, but you can add your own moments from home. See How to add special moments from home.
If your child scored low in an area
Every child develops at their own pace, and the arcs show where your child is right now. See What if my child has scored low in the arcs?
