There are two Arc apps for parents. The one you need depends on whether your child's school or nursery uses Arc Pathway.

Not sure if your child's school uses Arc Pathway?
If they do, they will usually have told you, and you'll have a welcome email from Arc Pathway. If you're not sure, ask your child's teacher.
Can I use both?
Yes. They are separate apps with separate accounts, so you can use Arc at Home alongside the Arc Pathway at School app. What you add in one doesn't appear in the other.
