Logging in for the first time

Your child’s Early Years Setting will create your parent account. Once the Early Years Setting have created your account, you will receive a welcome email. This will tell you your pre-assigned username which will usually be in the format FirstnameSurnameChildfirstname but this may vary across Early Years settings.

The email will also provide a link to set your password. You should click this link within 30 days of receiving your welcome email. If your link has expired, your child’s Early Years Setting can resend the email. Once you have set your password, you will be able to log in to Arc Pathway using the link on your email. Please ensure you use the correct unique URL sent to you, as you cannot login via the www.arcpathway.com website.

We recommend that you save your URL as a 'bookmark' or ‘favourite’ in your browser for ease of reference.

Unique URL

Upon receipt of your welcome email you will receive a link to an Arc Pathway URL which is personalised to your setting. The format will be yoursetting.arcpathway.com

You must use your personalised URL - you will not be able to login through the main Arc Pathway website. You will have received your personalised URL when you signed up to Arc Pathway.
