If your child's school or nursery uses Arc Pathway, they will set up your parent account for you. You don't need to sign up yourself.

Your welcome email
When your account is ready, you'll get a welcome email with:
- your username. This is usually your first name, surname and your child's first name together, for example JohnSmithGraham.
- a link to set your password. The link works for 30 days.
Click the link and choose a password. You can then log in.
Log in with the app (recommended)
- Download the Arc Pathway at School app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app and enter your username and password.
You don't need a web address to use the app.
Log in on a computer
Use the web address in your welcome email. It looks like yoursetting.arcpathway.com, with your child's school or nursery name at the start.
You can't log in from www.arcpathway.com. Save your setting's address as a bookmark so it's easy to find next time.
If something goes wrong
I didn't get a welcome email. Check your junk or spam folder, and search your inbox for "Arc Pathway". If it isn't there, ask your child's school or nursery to check they have the right email address for you and to resend it.
The link in my email has expired. Ask your child's school or nursery to send you a new one.
I've forgotten my password. You can reset it yourself. See I've forgotten my password.
I've forgotten my username. It's in your welcome email. If you can't find it, see I've forgotten my username.
More than one child, or another parent or carer
If you have more than one child at the same school or nursery, they can all be linked to your one login. Ask your child's school or nursery to add them.
Each parent or carer has their own login. If someone else in your family needs access, ask your child's school or nursery to add them.
