The Manager Dashboard

Your guide to the manager dashboard

The Manager Dashboard is available to users on Arc Pathway for Early Years Settings. The Manager Dashboard allows managers to edit and/or add locations, classes, teachers/managers, children and manage the Care Diary.

 
 

The manager dashboard can be navigated using the Locations, Classes, Teachers/Managers, Children and Care Diary tabs.

Locations Tab

You will only have access to the ‘locations tab’ if you are an ‘Organisation Manager’ user. For more information on access levels in Arc Pathway go to this article

The locations tab shows all the locations relating to your early years setting. You can also add a new location at this tab. You may only have one location, but it is important to add a minimum of one.

Classes Tab

The second tab is the classes tab. This is where you can see your classes, how many children are in that class as well as what location that class is in. You also can edit and add a class here.

Teachers/Managers Tab

The next tab is the teachers/managers tab. This is where you can see all your teachers and managers, what classes they are associated with, what level of access they have and how many children are assigned to them. You can also add new teachers here.

Children Tab

The next tab is the children tab, this details all the children in your organisation. You can edit a child's details here, add new children and view their Arc Pathway profile.

Care Diary Tab

The final tab is the Care Diary tab. The Arc Pathway Care Diary helps you track important information about the child's health and wellbeing.
