Managers use the Manager Dashboard to add and edit locations, classes, teachers and managers and children, and to manage the Care Diary.
The dashboard has five tabs: Locations, Classes, Teachers/Managers, Children and Care Diary.
Locations tab
You'll only see the Locations tab if you are a Full Access Manager. For more on who can do what, see Access Levels.
This tab lists every location in your organisation, and you can add a new location here. Every organisation needs at least one location, even if you only have one site.
Classes tab
This tab shows your classes, how many children are in each one and which location it belongs to. You can add and edit classes here.
Teachers/Managers tab
This tab shows all your teachers and managers, the classes they work with, their access level and how many children are assigned to them. You can add new teachers and managers here.
Children tab
This tab lists every child in your organisation. You can add children, edit their details and view their Arc Pathway profile.
Care Diary tab
The Care Diary helps you record important information about each child's health and wellbeing.
