Your child's school or nursery can send you messages about your child or the setting. You'll get a notification in the Arc Pathway at School app when a new message arrives. Some settings also send a copy by email.
Read messages in the app
- Tap the envelope icon in the top right of the Arc Pathway at School app.
- Tap a message to read it.
Read messages on a computer
- Log in using the web address in your welcome email, then open the menu and click Messages.
- Click the plus icon next to a message to open it. Any attachment appears with the message.
