Arc Pathway provides features that enhance visibility into parent engagement. These tools allow you to:
- Quickly check if parents have been added to children.
- View parent login activity, including their last login date.
- Generate reports based on parent engagement data.
These features offer greater insight into parental involvement and make managing parent interactions seamless.
Viewing Parent/Guardian Status
Admin users can access an overview of parent/guardian status within the Child Tab. A dedicated column of icons provides a quick reference to parent engagement levels.
Parent Status Icons
- No parent added – Indicates that no parent or guardian has been linked to the child.
- Parent added, welcome email sent – Confirms that a parent has been added, and an invitation email has been sent.
- Parent logged in – Shows if a parent has logged in more than once.
Clicking on any of these icons will take you to the detailed Parent Information section for that child.
Parent Login Activity
In the Parent/Carer View for each child, a dedicated column displays:
- The date a parent was last active
- Actions such as commenting, liking, logging in, or viewing an observation
Generating Reports on Parent Engagement
Managers have access to reporting features that allow for the download of parent engagement data in CSV or XLSX formats. These reports include:
- Parents associated with each child
- Last recorded parent activity
These reports help track engagement trends and improve communication with parents.
