You can log in to Arc Pathway in two ways: with the app (quickest) or in a web browser. Either way, you'll use the username and password your setting gave you.
Option 1: The app (recommended)
- Download the Arc Pathway at School app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app and enter your username and password.
That's it. You don't need a web address to use the app.
Option 2: A web browser
- Go to your setting's own web address. It looks like this:
yoursetting.arcpathway.com
You can't log in from the main Arc Pathway website. Use your setting's own web address, which was sent to you when you joined Arc Pathway.
- Enter your username and password, then click Log in.
Can't log in?
"Invalid username or password"
- Check there's no extra space before or after your username.
- Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive, so check Caps Lock is off.
- Still stuck? Reset your password, or ask your setting's admin.
The login page won't load
- Check you're using your setting's own web address (
yoursetting.arcpathway.com), not the main Arc Pathway website.
The app isn't working
- Update to the latest version, then close and reopen the app.
- If that doesn't help, delete the app and install it again.
